Pakistan Rangers Education System began its journey about four decades ago when first Rangers Public School was establishment by Desert Rangers at Bahawalpur in 1987. In 2007, PRES Secretariat was established at Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Lahore under patronage of Director General Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) comprised of a team of experienced and qualified staff headed by Director Education Institutions. Presently, 24 Rangers Public schools & colleges are functioning across Punjab inspiring quality Education to over 20000 students. Two Rangers Institutes of Technical Education (RITE) through a well-qualified and experienced facility. Rangers Institute of Special Education (RISE) and Rangers Cadet College (RCC) Chakri are contributing in respective field of education as a national cause. Besides, eight Rangers Border Schools have been established to fulfil basic educational needs of far-flung border areas of Punjab. Apart from curricular excellence, equal emphasis is laid on co and extra-curricular activities, character building and intellectual grooming of the students.
